Why hire Nailah Renae?

Are payment plans offered?

Yes. Each project is tailored to each individual needing services. For projects less than $1,500, a 50% deposit of the project balance is required to secure you as a client. For projects $1,500 or more, a 20% deposit of the project balance is required to secure you as a client. The remaining payments of your balance are made bi-weekly or at the beginning of each month after your start date and will be outlined in your contract.

How does this work?

To start, a consultation call will occur. A non-refundable consultation fee of $25 payment will need to be paid to have the call. This 15-min call will be with the owner and founder, Nailah Chappell, to discuss the process, timeline, cost, strategies, and advice. Once payment has been made, you will be able to schedule a date and time for your consultation. you will receive a confirmation email about your scheduled call. After a review of provided information, you will receive an email with the detailed steps to continuing the project.

What platform do you design on?

Wix. It does not require you to have your own hosting. You will need your own domain to connect to the website before launching it.

How long does it take?

Projects can take anywhere between 2 weeks to 6 months completion. Keep in mind the timeline can vary based on communication and content delays.

How often will we communicate?

Communication will primarily be by email. If a call is deemed necessary, a call will be scheduled.

Do you offer website updates?

Yes. This particular service is the Brand Maintenance. Service is provided on a monthly basis.

What is the Event Advertisement service?

This service is best for a large event. It includes:

Creative design direction
Multiple and various graphics for social media, website, flyers, etc.
A landing page
Content is not included.

What is the Brand Strategy & Design service?

This service is best for new personal/professional brands and personal/professional rebrands. Also, best for consulting in seeking to reach new audiences. It includes:

A review of current branded material, if any.
A roadmap to help navigate your way to be authentic with your brand

Designs of branded/marketing pieces for on and off social platforms and the internet

What is the Brand Photo Shoot service?

This service is best for new personal/professional brands and personal/professional rebrands. A creative team is curated to successfully capture your brand. It includes:

Creative Director
Make-up Artist
Wardrobe Stylist
Photographer
Videographer
Studio fees and clothing costs are not included.

What is the Brand Campaign service?

This service is best for advertisement for social media and outsourced marketing – radio, television, podcast, email marketing. It includes:

Strategic plan for campaign needs
Designed marketing pieces for outsourced marketing
Provide administrative needs for outsourced marketing
Provide event planning and/or hosting

What is the Brand Maintenance service?

This service is best for branded marketing pieces and website content and functionality updates to an existing site. It does not include a new website design.
